During the installation, Trend Micro will ask for the serial number you generated earlier. Enter the serial number (these are case sensitive).If this is the case for you, simply click the tab once the download is complete. This will start your installation. Some newer operating systems will show download progress in the bottom left corner of your internet browser.If given the option to “save”, save the file to your computer’s desktop for easy location after the download. If you saved the downloaded file, double-click the trendmicro.exe shortcut on your desktop to begin the installation.
